All proceeds to benefit pediatric cancer research and to help alleviate the suffering of young cancer patients and their families.

Pat Mac’s Pack is a group of people dedicated to keeping the memory of Patrick Thomas McNamara alive through participation in service projects and fundraising efforts. Patrick was 13 when he died after an 11 year battle with a brain tumor. His family and friends watched him suffer and want to do what they can to alleviate the suffering of other young brain tumor patients and their families. The foundation’s main purpose is to raise funds for pediatric brain tumor research. In addition, the foundation will provide funds to financially distressed families of patients suffering from pediatric brain cancer. The McNamara family experienced expenses that were small but potentially challenging such as parking fees in downtown Chicago and other unexpected travel expenses.   The Pat Mac’s Pack foundation is committed to providing funds for families experiencing these types of overlooked expenses related to their struggle with pediatric cancer.  In addition to funding pediatric brain cancer projects, Pat Mac’s Pack also participates and volunteers in other service projects in Pat’s name. Please follow our page for upcoming events and opportunities to join the pack.
